จำเลยแจ้งกับทนายว่า ตัดสินใจรับสารภาพเพื่อให้คดีจบในวันนี้ เนื่องจากที่ผ่านมาคดีนี้นัดสืบพยานมาหลายนัดแต่คดีก็ยังไม่เสร็จ ทำให้รู้สึกเครียด ทนายจึงแจ้งกับเจ้าหน้าที่ก่อนเริ่มการพิจารณา The defendant informed his lawyer that he decided to confess his guilty in order to finish the case.
